HOMEBUILDER PORTAL: REGISTRATION AND LOGIN

Company Administration

As a home builder, you initiate the process to enable your company’s employees, homebuyers (customers), and vendors (contractors, trades) to use the same HomeBuilder Portal. This shared platform facilitates systematic information sharing and interaction. The Portal serves as a valuable tool for capturing the history of decisions made by your customers.

Company Registration

IMPORTANT

Company registration must be completed by an employee designated as the System Administrator on your behalf. This individual will have the ability to:

  • Add users.
  • Grant administrative privileges to other users within your company.

To register your company with the HomeBuilder Portal, access https://hbcontractor.azurewebsites.net/. You can also use this link to log in to the Portal after registration.

You will be directed to the HomeBuilder Portal Login Screen.

On this page, you— the HomeBuilder— can register your company.

  • Vendors will register on the same page once your setup is complete.
  • Customers will use the link generated inside the Portal.

NOTE

Once registered, users can log in using their email and password. The system will direct them to the appropriate page regardless of whether they are a home builder, vendor, or customer.

To begin, enter your company email and password, then click "Register as Homebuilder."

This action will take you to the HomeBuilder Registration Wizard, which consists of five simple steps:

  • Terms and Conditions:

    • Mark your acceptance of the Suite Engine Software End User License Agreement and click "Next."

  • Create an Account for the User:

    • The example name "Demo Ridge Homes" will be used to create the Company Profile.

  • Provide Company Information and Press Next:

  • Administrator Contact Screen:
    • This screen allows you to add two different phone numbers for the Administrator.

  • Confirmation Page:
    • Review your information and click the "Create Account" button.

Email Confirmation

At this point, you will receive a confirmation email to complete the process:

After clicking the link in the email, you will be taken to the Accept Invitation page:

Enter the email and password you used to register, and click "OK."

Upon completion of this process, you will become the HomeBuilder Portal Administrator on behalf of your company.
