RPM: SHIP CONTRACT LINES

Shipping Contract Lines

When a contract is ready to ship, there are two options to ship contract lines from a contract. 
  1. The fact box on the right side of the contract screen has a "Next Dates" section. Select the date next to "Shipment". This will open the RPM Shipping/Receiving Lines page. 
  2. Review and select/deselect the lines to be shipped. 
  3. When the lines are ready, select Posting, Post in the top ribbon.

Option 2

  1. Select Home, Shipping/Receiving in the top ribbon of the contract page. 
  2. Review and select/deselect the lines to be shipped.
  3. When the lines are ready, select Posting, Post in the top ribbon.
