This report shows Service Issues with the assessment 'Deficiency' that have not been resolved yet. To access, search Outstanding Deficiencies, or go to the HomeBuilder menu, select Reports/ Exports, and click Purchaser Contacts.

The service issues are grouped by Vendor. Each group has its own report header and starts from a new page.
