Can I link my CSM subscription from a sandbox to a production environment?

Yes - If you have an existing trial or subscription to a Suite Engine application, follow the instructions below to link the account to your production environment.

  • In the environment that has the existing subscription, search for or navigate to the Suite Engine Subscriptions page.
  • Copy the Customer Id, Address and Email entries from the page.
  • In the environment where the subscription is to be linked, search for or navigate to the Suite Engine Subscriptions page.
  • From the Suite Engine Subscription page, click on Actions > Link to Existing Account.
  • In the Link Existing customer card that appears, enter the Customer Id, Address and Email that were copied from the original environment. Click OK.
  • Click on Actions > Force Refresh.

 

Your account and existing subscriptions should now be linked to the new environment.
