If you have an existing trial or subscription to a Suite Engine application, follow the instructions below to link the account to your production environment.
1. In the environment that has the existing subscription, search for or navigate to the Suite Engine Subscriptions page.
2. Copy the Customer Id, Address and Email entries from the page.
3. In the environment where the subscription is to be linked, search for or navigate to the Suite Engine Subscriptions page.
4. From the Suite Engine Subscription page, click on Actions > Link to Existing Account.
5. In the Link Existing customer card that appears, enter the Customer Id, Address and Email that were copied from the original environment. Click OK.
6. Click on Actions > Force Refresh.
Your account and existing subscriptions should now be linked to the new environment.
