CSM Administration - How do I link my Sandbox Subscription to Production?

If you have an existing trial or subscription to a Suite Engine application, follow the instructions link the Sandbox account to your Production environment.

First, ensure you have the Customer Id, Address Line 1 and Email from your Production account.

  • Search for Suite Engine Subscriptions and selecting the related link

    • While in your Production account, obtain these three credentials (Customer Id, Address Line 1, Email):

    • Suite Engine Subscriptions - Account Information

Now, ensure you are logged into Business Central as your Sandbox account.

  • Search for Suite Engine Subscriptions and select the related link
      • Click on Actions > Link to Existing Account.
      • In this window, enter in the Customer Id, Address Line 1 and Email that you retrieved from your Production account and select OK.
        • Suite Engine Subscriptions - Link Existing Customer
      • Click on Actions > Force Refresh

     

    Your account and existing subscriptions should now be linked to the new environment!
