How do I update my version of Suite Engine products?  

Answer:

  1. Go to the Business Central (BC) Admin Center, which is most easily accessed from within BC: BC Admin Center
  2. In your Admin Center, you might have one or more environments. Click on the link to the environment that you want to update: SE Environment
  3. Once in the environment screen, click on the “Apps” button: Apps Button
  4. Update all Apps for Suite Engine that are out of date:
    1. DO THIS IN A SANDBOX FIRST AND TEST
    2. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING, CONTACT YOUR PARTNER OF RECORD OR SUBMIT A SUPPORT CASE FIRST: Install Update
    3. You will arrive on the billing.stripe.com custom portal, where you can enter a dummy credit card.
    4. Click on the “+ add a payment method:” Add Stripe Payment
  5. Refresh the page or, better still, reload Dynamics 365 Business Central, and you should see your Suite Engine Subscriptions as follows: Subscription status in BC
