From inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, search for and open the “Suite Engine Subscriptions” page.
This page will show you which products you have installed and status of each.
- Not Subscribed
- Evaluation
- Active
Add/Update Payment Method
Click on Go To Payment Portal button:
You will be taken to a Stripe checkout page where you will see all of your subscriptions along with their status. Scroll to the section called Payment Method to add a new payment method or manage existing payment methods.
Cancel Subscription
Click on the line of the product you wish to cancel and then choose Cancel Subscription from the Action Ribbon.
Please note: if you are cancelling your entire subscription, please be sure to cancel all lines including CSM Core
