API Data

The last section in Sales Channels refers to visibility and access into some of the API Connection settings you would have defined when setting up your Sales Channel.  The settings are unique to the platform that you are connecting to.

While we display some of the API settings on the Sales Channel page, we recommend you utilize the dedicated API level extension settings to alter your API.

 

As of 4/6/26, we are working on migrating all platforms onto our new proprietary API Engine, yet some platforms are still running on our legacy CSM API Engine.

Integrations on API Engine can be access/altered by searching for API Set.
