WooCommerce Setup - Quick Setup Wizard

The CSM for WooCommerce Setup Wizard streamlines the installation process, allowing you to set up your primary sales channel with minimal effort.

Once you have set up a trial subscription and obtained your credentials, you are ready to set up your CSM for WooCommerce solution. To assist you in the creation of your primary sale channel, CSM for WooCommerce includes a setup wizard that streamlines the setup process.

Caution: if your online business has multiple stores, and you want to create a separate CSM Sales Channel for each one, it is recommended that you manually set them up, one at a time. This will ensure that the credentials you established during the setup of your primary sales channel are not inadvertently overridden or deleted.

  • Search for CSM Setup and select the related link
    • From the Actions ribbon, select WooCommerce Quick Setup
    • "Welcome to the WooCommerce Quick Setup Wizard." step  
      • It is recommended you enable all other options and choose Next (you can always change these settings later).

Website ID

This will be a portion of your WooCommerce admin URL that is between the “https://” and “/wp-admin/”.

For example:

If our admin URL is: https://csmwoo.com/wp-admin/, we will input csmwoo.com in this field

  

REST API Consumer Key

Paste the Consumer Key you obtained in the previous step.

  

REST API Consumer Secret

 
Paste the Consumer Secret you obtained in the previous step.

      • Specify how you want to identify your sales channel

    • "Press Next to Load the WooCommerce Data." step   
      • Click Next to load and configure your WooCommerce channel
    • Once the channel setup is complete, choose Finish

Test your Connection

  • Search for CSM Sales Channels and select the related link
    • Click on the associated Sales Channel you just created
      • From the APIs ribbon, choose the Test Channel Communication

    Note: If the test was successful, you can continue your sales channel configuration.  If it failed, please search the knowledge base or contact support.
