Running the Integration Manually
- There are always reasons to run the integration manually even when you have an automation. You do this in API Functions which is accessed from API Sets. To see more details review the Fault-Finding Section.
Notes
- Once you have completed the setup and run a series of tests of days/weeks, you may want to automate the integration. Running the integration once per day or as much as once per hour is generally satisfactory. Choose the frequency you want but note that more often than every 15 minutes may cause excessive hits to the database and cause other issues.
- You only need to create the Job Queue Entry in the setup company, it will create the data in all companies where there is a Phase setup as integrated to SaleFish.
Setting up the Job Queue Entry
- Open the page “Job Queue Entries” and make sure you have a Job Queue running code unit 70526991 "SEHBS Synchronization" with the schedule defined by a user with enough permissions (see earlier in this document for options).
